  • 5 star ratingExcellent Visited on 30th Nov as a gift package for spa day. Welcomed to the spa lunch area by Cameron whose customer service skills were superb, it’s obvious he enjoys his job as he just excelled, he was just lovely.
Had festive afternoon tea, was plentiful and was delicious the cakes all Xmas themed lovely touch.
Then had rhasul mud experience followed by pearl and jasmine wrap, expertly taken care of throughout. Spa was stunning. Only down side is parking at hotel in street is 2 hours only and when in spa you can’t get time to add to meter asked if poss if someone could help if supplied money for meter but wasn’t allowed - parking ticket was waiting for me

  • 5 star ratingFantastic day!!!! Just back from a full spa day. Spent the morning relaxing in the thermal spa,it was a perfect way to start the day

Then onto lunch I’m gluten free which can restrict what I can have not here even the afternoon tea could be gluten free. I choose from the menu And had a super food salad which was delicious.

The rest of the afternoon was spent having a full body massage and facial.

What a fantastic way to spend a day from the moment we arrived until we left it was welcoming and relaxing

    Can’t wait to return
