Great views and Breakfast! Amazing hotel that we have now visited 3 times and going back for a fourth in January. We love the sea views at breakfast! Only downside was unfortunately last time we stayed there was some works going on at the front of the hotel which we had not been forewarned of despite the hotel knowing. We had to move rooms in the middle of the night , this was dealt with well but could of been prevented. Other than this the experience of the hotel on all other occasions has been great hence us wanting to return!Gemma C12/18/2018
Beautiful. We have just got home after a two night stay at the Fistral and it exceeded all of our expectations. We normally stay at the Headland Hotel at the other end of the beach but decided it would be good to check out the Fistral as their deals were by far better than that on offer at the Headland. WOW! The hotel was just incredible, such wonderful and attentive staff and one of the cleanest hotels I have ever been too. We ate in the bar & the dune restaurant and both was equally amazing with a lovely atmosphere and vibe. The dune restaurant is great for breakfast to look out over the gorgeous sea. We felt like VIP’s the entire time we were there, Daniel (front desk) & Jesus (bar supervisor) were lovely, they were there throughout the whole time we stayed and really left a lasting impression on us. They were so friendly and caring. All staff were fantastic, my spa therapist Kerrie was also lovely. The spa and pool were gorgeous, very relaxing and clean. We hired the pool after hours and it was brilliant - well worth the money! The lights were turned off and we just had atmosphere lighting in the pool and above, totally gorgeous! Our room was stunning, free standing bath and huge shower. They say the bed is king size but it honestly feels much bigger! The room was very warm and cozy and bed was so comfy! There was board games in the bar which we enjoyed playing whilst spending some down time in between swimming and eating (we did a lot of both!) Really cannot wait to return! We regularly stay in Newquay and this will now be our new chosen hotel every time! Thank you so much everyone here for our wonderful stay!Aimsrose12/19/2018
Couldn’t be more welcoming! We booked in for a spa retreat for one night to celebrate my Aunt’s 80th birthday. From the moment we checked in we were made to feel like VIP’s. It was the attention to detail that really struck us. The room was decorated with balloons, a welcome message on the mirror, birthday card and chocolates on the pillow. The package included a one hour spa treatment, full use of facilities, room with a sea view, 3 course meal and breakfast. We were even sent a glass of champagne to our room after dinner as an extra birthday treat. My Aunt had the most fabulous time. Highlight for me was the view over Fistral beach, falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves and sitting in bed the next morning with a cuppa watching surfers brave the winter waves. It’s also possibly the cleanest hotel I have stayed in. Will definitely be back and sooner rather than later.790nataliee12/14/2018
Brilliant hotel I throughly enjoyed my stay here. The staff are lovely, the restaurant served fantastic food, the bar staff were very knowledgeable in cocktails. Gym was good, didn’t have time for the spa, but that also looked lovely. Only downside for me was the fact that the only restaurant choice was that inside the hotel, the other restaurants were a walk away which would had been fine in the summer, but this particular day it was very high winds and rain. But no fault of the hotel, the hotel was lovely.Joanne J12/18/2018
