Good, very good I hadn't been here for a fee years but in that time it is much improved. More up market than it used to be.My room was clean and warm, just right. The health suite is well appointed for a hotel with less customers than I would expect.Breakfast was very good with decent menu selections.Bar meals are of a high standard. The restaurant was excellent with my food it was like eating from a Masterchef episode. Enough said. Will definitely try to stay here again when in the area.Don't let your sat nav misguide you. You need to take the road into Stow cum Quy and turn left at the church. The hotel is down a single track road.Des_Gruntled4/05/2018
Lovely visit ! As Quy is quite local to me I booked for a Spa day with my sister yesterday with a little trepidation after subsequently reading some adverse reviews. The Receptionist was a lovely girl who gave us gowns towels and slippers on arrival and showed us around the facilities. I was so pleased to note the pool was in use after reading a review in which it was closed! We swam, used the Jacuzzi rested in the solarium and just took in the wildlife on the stream from the Mill. The lunch was superb (inclusive of our package) and we thought the choice of menu was adequate for a spa. We then used the relaxation area which was a lovely experience with soothing music piped into the room. Moving on later in the afternoon for our facials. Cannot praise the “Leas” enough they are professional and expert beauticians. We thoroughly enjoyed the facials. Now the downside .......... the whole spa needs a thorough deep clean! The backplate of the drinking fountain in the pool was filthy. The floors and corners of the changing rooms and pool need a thorough scrub and the bases of the taps were filthy in toilets. Such a shame as this is a really lovely place. Overall we did enjoy Imagine but please get the cleaners in on a regular basis!!Shecoulson3/24/2018
Mum and I visited for her birthday Lovely day can highly recommend the dry floatation bed it was amazing also had massage which was lovely, would be nice to see a breakfast tea (pg tips) in with the fruit teas not everyone likes fruit teas, would also be nice to see more relaxation rooms the room is lovely but very basic, staff friendly, Food expensive for what it is, and as been mentioned a nice little cafe but that side to get cup tea and slice cake etc would be nice instead of having to go over to hotel, this could be a lovely spa with abit more thought and organisation, how ever a nice spa morningKrystal D10/02/2018
Spa chill out Went with a friend & we used the sauna, steam room & the lovely hot tub. The staff were so helpful warm & professional. Our hour massage was divine . Then we had a very delicious lunch . I think the Spa could benefit with more ornaments & displays of flowers or something just to add depth of atmosphere & luxury as it was rather basic. We couldn’t fault the customer service we got .Folliefollie8/19/2018
