Great facilities, good food, friendly staff The spa has a wonderful selection of facilities to try so you can easily fill a long day working your way through everything. Lunch was excellent - really tasty and well prepared. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Jill was particularly good - making us feel so special - lovely to experience such customer service. I’d say they had overfilled the spa a bit with people - having to wait 45 mins for a robe isn’t great at a quality spa and I’ve never been to any other spa where they’ve run out of robes. But I had a great day and will return.paulaaX7580XV8/22/2018
Lazy Thursday evening in the spa Spent relaxing evening here, which included half hour treatment (I got an hours facial as used my partners treatment), snack- wrap or salad- and use of all the spa facilities from 3.30pm. The best part was it was so quiet...as only about 10 people there too (so much less busy than nirvana) , so more or less had outside pool and jacuzzis to ourselves. Loved indoor swimming pool with hydrosound system...so you listen to music while your swimming under the water. Thermal heaven with various cold, heat and steam rooms,,,foot spas and heated beds to relax on created sense of calm and relaxation. Really enjoyable evening. Especially good value on spa package -£100 each for this luxury hotel.debbieingledew11/02/2018
Lovely Spa My husband and I have just returned from Pennyhill Park where we visited the spa on both days. The spa is lovely, has lots of different rooms and areas with a variety of things on offer. We did the Rasual treatment which was really unique and fun/ enjoyable. The outdoor areas are lovely, we used the outdoor hot tubs but didn’t venture to the outside pool as it wasn’t quite warm enough for this time of the year. The changing rooms are also fantastic, with amazing jet showers and lots of facilities and products on offer. Staff are very attentive and accommodating to your needs. Would highly recommend this to others to visit. My only improvement would be slightly quicker service on the drinks within the spa areas themselves, perhaps more staff but other than that it was a lovely and enjoyable visit. Morejen228612/20/2018
Beautiful spa for a relaxing Thursday evening Agree with the reviewer below - 3 of us friends enjoyed a £100 retreat from 3.30pm - 9.30pm which included one treatment (the back massage by Emily was great and my friend enjoyed the head and foot massage). It is such a beautiful setting. And so peaceful - we were also lucky in that there were only 6 other people using the facilities at the same time so really empty. It was a shame that the outdoor hydro pool wasn't working and one of the foot spas (so we didn't bother). And the outdoor hot tub was tepid so we ran back inside! All of the different relaxing rooms, steam and sauna are great though. The wrap and dessert that were included were actually very nice and sufficient. The smoothie on arrival was a nice touch too. Would love to go back again at some point.H R11/23/2018
Girlie Spa Day For A Friends Birthday We attended at the end of Nov for my friends 40th Birthday. The spa certainly did not disappoint. We arrived at 10am as a group and had treatments scheduled throughout the day. The staff could not do enough logistically to ensure our treatments did not clash with lunch. My massage was one of the best I’ve ever had. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Stefanie my therapist even ensured I met back with the group after my massage. We had drinks service to the jacuzzi. The changing room facilities were fabulous. Lots of drinking water dotted around the place. Lovely products to use in showers. Plenty of fresh towels and robes.Pennyhill can be pricey but for the experience it is certainly worth the money.Sarahjanehealey12/01/2018
