  • 5 star ratingLovely spa day Went here on a Travelzoo deal which was really good value. The building is in a really peaceful area and felt very tranquil driving up the long path to the spa.
There was a lot of things out of order such as lockers, the sink in the toilet and a couple of the foot spas which ruined the vibe slightly, but generally the facilities were lovely. There was a really nice infinity style pool, hot tub, and experience showers (which I'd never used before so I loved!). There were a few people around but it wasn't overly busy and felt peaceful still, and the views were great. The afternoon tea was good too, and both me and my sister had the same therapist for our massage, which was lovely - best massage I've had. Would definitely recommend, and visit again.

  • 4 star ratingVery Enjoyable Experience Have to admit that after reading the recent reviews my mother and I went expecting the worst. Our day was great, so I'm glad we chose to ignore the rubbish reviews. Everything was as promised regarding treatments and afternoon tea, and overall it really is a lovely little retreat. My only suggestion would be that they transform one of the rooms into a darkened chill out room with recliners/loungers so that there is somewhere to completely veg out after a treatment.
