  • 5 star ratingWonderful repeat winter stay We took advantage of the Sunday night offer and were not disappointed. The hotel is lovely and we were given a spacious corner room complete with four poster. Although the main pool was busy the hydro pool was pleasantly quiet and we enjoyed an invigorating soak. Dinner was excellent (as usual) and possibly one of the best breakfasts of the year. Thank you to the wonderful staff.

  • 5 star ratingBirthday present My Fiancé booked a nights stay in the June suite including spa treatments lunch and evening meal.
It was an amazing experience from the minute we arrived. The spa and treatments were heavenly and the lunch delicious. Staff superb and I felt like a VIP.
The room was beautiful opulence and the birthday card and chocolates a lovely touch.
Then the evening meal... wow what can I say....just exquisite! The food was out of this world and with Sam and Andrew’s expert advice the wine matched each course perfectly. The service was fantastic and I would particularly like to thank Chloe and Ellen for going above and beyond. We had such a wonderful evening that my fiancé booked another night.
We stayed in room 206 this time which was ultra modern and again housekeeping spot on. However the only improvement I could suggest would be that a mirror was fitted closer to the plug sockets.
Will definitely be coming back soon! I can’t wait!

  • 5 star rating2nd Visit.....Fantastic Hotel On my first visit to this hotel there were a few little issues which I didn't expect. That said it didn't put me off visiting again as on the whole I enjoyed my stay.........what a difference on the 2nd visit. Certain things on check in and the restaurant had changed for the better. Had a fabulous stay and nothing I could fault. The room was very clean and loved the tv in the bathroom. The shower was amazing...lovely to have a room with both. The pool and spa areas are also very clean, well lit and everything was working. The staff in the bar and restaurant were very attentive. Special thanks to Catlin, Sam and Georgina...they are a credit to the hotel. Well worth a wall around the grounds and the hotel is not that far away from the town. I have to say this is my favourite hotel and can't wait to stay again. Would recommend to everyone.

  • 5 star ratingRomantic getaway We booked the romantic getaway the day before we went. We arrived at the hotel early evening the hotel looked beautiful even in the dark and the Christmas decorations were up too. Included in our package was a glass of champagne, three course meal, use of the spa and breakfast it was worth every penny. The room was fab nice high ceilings all in keeping with hotel, because we booked last minute we couldn’t get in to the restaurant till late so we was allowed the same value but in room service. We had loads food and actually preferred this. The burgers were delicious. Spa area was lovely and clean. Breakfast is bed was also as delicious. Will definitely be back.
