lovely birthday treat My daughter and I had a lovely day. The surroundings certainly lived up to our expectations, even down to the spotless changing rooms. The staff were most welcoming and couldnt have been more helpful. The treatments we had were both soothing and relaxing. The lunch was excellent with a glass of bubbly included. Certainly be back again.Sylvia M12/11/2017

Great therapists! Had such a lovely afternoon here yesterday. My therapist Hannah was fantastic- best deep tissue massage I’ve had in years. The decor of the spa is gorgeous, all greys and I particularly loved the relaxation room with giant beds, it all felt very glamorous over a glass of champagne!Lost a star just on a few of the basics that were needed such as towels - none around the sauna/steam room which was inconvenient, only 1 tiny towel in the locker so had to ask for more. The robes were all missing belts and a few were damp. Other than that, a lovely experience all round!ELondonTraveller1/30/2018

1st Class Spa and service. What a relaxing treat. We booked the couples Spa massage and from the moment we arrived we had 1st class service from the staff. The glass of bubbly was lovely (so much so that my partner had to order another later on!) then the massage itself was perfect, asked all the relevant questions on how firm and what oils id prefer. The whole lounge experience was lovely and the coffee was tasty!!!Amazing time and have already re booked.Brookzymatt10/15/2018
